Shipping + Returns
 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • 2-7 days using Priority Shipping: Usually 1-3 business days after an order is placed.

  • If you have ordered multiple items and one of them is on pre-order, please note that your entire order will ship once the pre-ordered item is in stock which could be 2-3 weeks due to holiday demands.

  • Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time, we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed, however, if we are able to make updates on your behalf, please note that these changes will not be reflected in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages.

You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center. 

TAXES

There is a flat rate of 8% sales tax due upon each order. This due to our business being located in South Carolina and how the taxes are filed. We do not offer different sales tax based on your state.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we are not offering International shipping. We only ship to USA addresses for now, but we are looking into shipping to Canada and Australia soon.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

At the MADD WIX Candle Company., all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 36 hours of delivery.

Return Policy

There are NO refunds. All sales are final, except in the following instances:


Damaged Product:

We will exchange product that has been damaged during the shipping process only when these steps have been followed:

1) You must send us all the pictures of β€œevery item” that is damaged in detail (so not just 1 bad picture we need multiple of box and product). Without sufficient pictures and reasoning we will not replace your item(s).

2) You must contact us immediately (window for exchanges closes 36 hours after your package has been delivered. Excluding weekends and holidays) with your order number and pictures of the damaged product. DO NOT THROW PRODUCT AWAY BEFORE GETTING IN CONTACT WITH US. We will not exchange any products without proof of damage and proof of damage has to be on all products involved. 

3) You must be willing to ship the product back, if asked. We will cover that cost.

Wrong/ Missing items:

Please immediately inspect your order upon reception. In the event that you have wrong or missing items, please take the following steps:

Wrong Items:

1) Contact us immediately with your order number, the window for exchanges closes 36 hours after your package from us has been delivered. (Exceptions: Weekends and holidays)

2) Products must be unused and in good condition. Please include pictures in your email, we will not be able to replace without them.

Missing Items: 

If there are items missing from your order, please contact us immediately with your order number. Once we've determined that we did not pack the item, we will immediately ship out the missing merchandise at no extra cost to you. Be aware, due to the nature of the products we sell, we only keep a limited amount in stock at any given time. If missing items are not brought to our attention promptly, you run the risk of having to wait for it. You will have the option to wait, choose something of equal or lesser value, or in this case only; be issued a refund.
